I’m really impressed with most companies for doing some research and background checks on employees before hiring them. The employment screening procedure definitely helps in a way that the right applicants are chosen carefully. These applicants that pass employment screenings are unlikely to cause any trouble or be a hindrance to the company. So, to me, this procedure is a good thing and I also think that people who don’t want to go through this procedure are probably hiding something or maybe has had a really bad performance from past jobs.
