A Lot of Pains to feel!

Yesterday I had my diabetes lab test and it’s not good according to my doctor because my sugar is high so I need to do the test again and if it doesn’t come out normal I need to undergo medication and need to stop eating sweets. Awwww! that would be bad news for me because eating sweets is my favorite during this pregnancy. Oh well, I need to do what is good for my baby.

That’s me with my huge belly!

Anyways, today we woke up early like 6:30 in the morning and was planning to leave around 8:00 just to find out that our appointment time is 11:45 am… too early huh! What we did was we wasted our time and went to Wallgreens just looking around but still we arrived in the clinic too early. So yeah, my prenatal checkup got done ahead of the appoint time. For the updates, I am 30 weeks and 3 days so far, my baby weights 4 lbs. Imagine? I’m carrying 4 lbs inside my belly and it suddenly became huge and heavy as in heavy like I feel a lot of pain on my left groin down to my legs. I’m even having a hard time standing up from the bed every morning. Don’t worry guys the doctor said its not dangerous its normal but she recommended me to see a Physician if the pain persist. I guess it’s because my baby kicks and moves a lot and that causes a lot of pressure on my left groin and legs. For those reasons and after I felt those pain, I started doing the preggy exercises and walk at least 30 minutes thrice a week.

And for the last pain… I cut myself big time huhuhu My first time to cut myself so deep that I can see the flesh inside my skin, it’s like I’m removing chicken skin on my hand yecks!

ang cute mo naman buntis.. hehehe.. nakakatuwa si Yuna nagiging kamuka mo na. iwas ka muna sa sweets. mahirap na yan baka mamaya makasama sa baby or baka maging diabetic yung sya. nako ingat lang ah.. :D

I had gestational diabetes on my third pregnancy. I didn’t need to take meds. I took walks after every meal to burn the sugar. Just take care of you and babay.

Hi Scart! Love your photo I hope the test goes well, but if it means only a few more months without sweets, can you find alternatives? Because there are chocolates for diabetic people.
