Yey! The other day we went out again to do some apartment hunting and by this time Sis Valerie was with us. If ever Luvski’s credit was denied she can be our co-signer but unfortunately we weren’t able to get any of the two apartments that we found that day because of Luvski’s credit report, maybe it wasn’t that good. It is really important here in the US to build your credit by having credit card and of course by paying it regularly. Even though Sis Val can co-sign the lease, it still not certain if the management will approve it.

Anyhow, we are still lucky to keep the very first apartment that we found 3 weeks ago. I’ve mentioned it in my previous entry. It’s the one which is $604 monthly rental but no pets allowed. We called the owner today and we asked for a favor to give our cat consideration. Luckily, the apartment manager agreed with us so then this coming Friday we are going to settle all the payments that we need to pay for moving and stuff like that. Probably by Tuesday we can move our things and have little home improvements for the unit so that if ever my birth delivery is finally there all things are settled by then.

Anyway, after that apartment hunting the other day we went to Chinatown to have lunch instead of going to Argyle which was one stop away from our location. We decided to go to Chinatown by train to further experience the train ride. We’re not used to riding a train because we usually just take the bus when going to other places. So yeah, the trains stop was at the other side of Chinatown which was good because we never been to that place. We walked, looked and had lunch in one of the best tasting Chinese resto on that place and for the last stop we found this store who sells cute stuff from Japan like products from Sanrio and anime characters. We bought some little blings-blings for Yuna and cellphone charms just look at the pictures I posted…
