I once had a friend who was very addicted to illegal drugs. That time, I was very concerned about him for he was neglecting his studies, his friends and his self. All he thought about are the so called illegal drugs to the point that his physical appearance began to change. He looked terrible that you can’t imagine. What really bothered me was the fact that his parents wasn’t aware of his status. His parents were to busy with their business to notice him. I could no longer keep the secret because I was afraid that I would lose my friend. So, myself and some of our other friends finally had the courage to let his parents know what was going on. To make this story shorter, he was immediately sent to a drug rehabilitation center. He was really mad at first but after a year when he got out from the institution he was thankful to us his friends and promised us that he will not go back to that kind of experience. Sometimes it’s ok to interfere with others lives specially your friends’ and you’re doing it for a good cause. My friend lives a good life now with his family.
