Jumping on a trampoline…

I know some of you are familiar with the trampoline and for those who are not familiar with it here is an overview about it. According to what I have read online, the trampoline is a gymnastic and recreational device consisting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs to provide a rebounding force which propels the jumper high into the air. For me it’s a toy for everyone which is a good alternative way to exercise. Actually, it was used during the world war II as a part of flight and astronaut training. It has also been part to Olympic Games since 2000, it’s called trampolining, a competitive sports in gymnast.

I’ve never used the trampoline and I hope I can try it very soon… it looks like everyone is having fun while jumping.
