Who loves yoga here? I’ve been hearing this kind of exercise a long time ago but I haven’t tried it, I hope I can try it one day. I’ve noticed that most girls today prefer yoga than exercising with those heavy equipments specially celebrities. You can see it too mostly in the movie scenes.

Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. Oooh! All through out these years I’ve been thinking that yoga originated in Japan… It’s obvious that I haven’t been reading for some time now. All I know is that yoga right now is the best exercise to relieve you from stress, allergy and asthma symptom, can also lower your blood pressure, can reduced anxiety and muscle tension. Those are only a partial list of yoga’s benefits. Hopefully, after giving birth I can do the yoga exercise
