Happy Easter Sunday!

Well, well, I almost forgot about holy week and today or better yet later is already Easter Sunday. When I think of holy week its more likely a vacation grande in the Philippines. Yep, as what I have remembered when I was still working in the Philippines most of my co-workers were excited about where to spend their holy week. Their minds were very busy planning their vacation like whether to stay in Boracay, hometown province and just stay at home and have plenty of rest. Only a few people I know thinks of going to church or have a meditation prayer. Well, that’s the way I see most people during holy week in the Philippines.

Anyways, here in the states holy week is just another ordinary week for them. All establishments are open for business, well, except for Easter Sunday, I guess. I’m pretty sure I’ll be spending my Easter Sunday here in our house preparing things for when we move out and I think Luvski will be working tomorrow too so we will definitely be staying home. By the way, I’m a non practicing Catholic since college I was attending mass of JIL (Jesus is Lord) in the Philippines. It doesn’t really matter to me whether I’m attending mass of different religion. What is important to me is that I have faith in God and I believe the only way you can communicate to him is by prayers. Prayer is so powerful… Happy Easter Sunday everyone!

By the way, what is the connection of eggs and bunny to the resurrection of Jesus Christ? I’m just wondering…

haha! hindi ko din alam ate scart kung ano nga ba talaga ang connection ng mga eggs sa easter sunday? uhmm.. wala akong idea. anyway, nabasa ako na sa april 9 pala wow! ang lapit na ah, c-section ka pala ate scart, nakapag scrub nurse na ako sa c-section! ang tagal nga eh, nangawit ako sa kakatayo, dont worry everything will be fine.

nakita ko din pic mo, ahaha! waaa, may snow. grabe, ano kaya kapag nakakakita na ako ng snow! ever, dream ko pa naman, maka feel ng snow, pa package naman ng snow dito ate scart, hahaha… kidding.

oh sya ate scarty, take care dyan.

happy easter (di ko nga alam kng ano ginagawa pag easter) bwahaha..

walang easter dito eh! ano nga kaya connection ng egg anuh? and ano bang ginagawa sa egg na yon? niluluto? haha. mag momove na pala kayo ate?!.. nakita ko sa flickr laki laki na ng tyan mo!!!

lagi naman ako nagugutom dito sa comment form mo kasi lagi ako pinapa type ng SOUP.. mahilig kasi ako sa soup. bwehhe

Ate Scart, alam ko nagblog na ako dati tungkol dun sa Easter Eggs at kung anong connection nya sa Easter e. Niresearch ko pa talaga yun sa Wikipedia haha. Parang kelan ko lang kasi narealize kung bakit ba may eggs pag Easter tapos may Easter bunny pa e hindi naman nangigitlog ang bunny dba? :p

Baliktad pala dyan, kasi dito pag Saturday at Sunday bukas na yung mga establishments. Pero dyan pala sarado establishments pag Sunday.

Agree ako dun sa vacation grande dito sa Philippines pag Holy Week. Ang dami din dito sa office na nagfile ng leave bago pa talaga yung Holy Week para sobrang haba ng bakasyon nila. Nakakatamad na rin magtrabaho pag Holy Week na kasi gusto na ng karamihan magpahinga. Hehe! Pero kaming pamilya never kami lumabas ng bahay pag Holy Week. Lumalabas na lang kami kapag Saturday at Sunday na. Pero yung Thursday at Fridays is spent sa bahay. Iba na nga ngayon dito sa Philippines, kasi before wala ka talaga mapapanood sa TV e pero ngayon may mga pinapalabas na sa TV. Naalala ko dati kasi lagi kami nagrerent ng VCDs bago mag Holy Week kasi nga wala kami mapapanood sa TV hehe.

Yup bumalik na ako sa pagbblog. Actually, nagbblog pa rin naman ako paminsan minsan. Mas napadalas lang dahil dun sa link assignments ng BTOP. Haha! Sobrang busy din kasi sa trabaho kaya bihira na ako makapagblog. Kahit sariling website ko hindi ko na rin talaga nabibisita kapag weekdays e. Nanghinayang naman ako at bagong renew yung domain ko kaya todo blog ako ngayon haha! Siguro after a month or two tatahimik na naman yung blog ko, unless meron link assignments from BTOP.

In my case, I was very busy during the Holy Week. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t able to get a nice sleep during that week even though we didn’t have any classes during the whole week. But still, I had a great and meaningful week.
